  • Examination of whether or not to respond to a request
    After receiving your "Request for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information," verifying your identity and confirming agency (if applicable), we will consider the request in-house.
    We may refuse to respond to a request for disclosure, etc. if:
    • it may harm your life, body or property or that of a third party;
    • it may promote or induce illegal or unfair acts;
    • it may harm national security, damage trust with other countries or international organizations, or cause disadvantage in negotiations with other countries or international organizations;
